These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bst222 platform and all associated services. Please read this agreement carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By creating a bst222 account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every provision set out below.
1. Definitions
The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this Agreement. Where context permits, singular includes plural and vice versa. Capitalised terms not defined below carry their ordinary English meaning.

| Wagering Requirement | The total amount a Player must wager using a Bonus Balance before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x). |

2. Account Registration
To access the real-money features of the bst222 Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering — a Player must complete the registration process and create a valid Account. The following rules apply to all registrations:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one bst222 Account at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. bst222 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold any balances associated with them.
- Accurate Information: Players must provide complete and accurate personal details during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.
- Account Security: Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. bst222 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account caused by a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure.
- Notification of Breach: If a Player suspects that their Account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify bst222 immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. bst222 will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending resolution.
- Account Non-Transferability: bst222 Accounts are strictly personal. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other individual. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in permanent closure of that Account.
- Verification Right: bst222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any stage of the Account lifecycle — at registration, prior to a withdrawal, or at any other point considered appropriate by the Company's Trust & Safety team.
3. Age Restriction & Eligibility
The bst222 Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. This requirement is absolute and applies to every Player in Bangladesh and all other jurisdictions where bst222 operates. There are no exceptions.
bst222 takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. The Company employs a combination of registration-stage date-of-birth confirmation, third-party age verification checks, and ongoing account monitoring to identify and remove underage users.
- Minimum Age: No person under the age of 18 may register an Account, make a deposit, or place any wager on the bst222 Platform.
- Documentary Verification: bst222 may at any time require a Player to submit documentary proof of age (e.g., National ID card, passport, or birth certificate). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in Account suspension.
- Underage Account Closure: If bst222 determines or reasonably suspects that a Player is under 18 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended. Any Real Money Balance derived from deposits by the underage Player will be returned to the original payment method. Any winnings accumulated by an underage Account will be forfeited.
- Parental Controls: If you are the parent or guardian of a minor and are concerned they may be accessing the bst222 Platform, please contact [email protected] immediately. bst222 will take swift action to investigate and close any Account held by a minor.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
bst222 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:
Deposit Terms
- Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction across all supported methods.
- Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfer.
- Processing Time: Mobile banking deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours.
- Own Funds Only: Players may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
- No Deposit Fees: bst222 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per request.
- Processing Time: Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
- Verification Requirement: bst222 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Players are advised to complete verification early to avoid delays.
- Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible.
- Wagering Requirement: Any active Bonus Balance must satisfy its wagering requirement before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
bst222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence over this general section.
- Welcome Bonus: New Players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount, which must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
- Daily Reload Bonus: Registered Players are eligible for a 20% reload bonus up to ৳5,000 on the first qualifying deposit of each calendar day (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). The daily reload bonus is available 365 days per year and carries a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount.
- One Bonus Per Deposit: Only one bonus offer may be applied to a single deposit. Players must select the applicable bonus at the time of deposit. Bonuses cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Wagering Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Casino slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). Sports betting wagers contribute based on the odds of the selection placed. - Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, all bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without compensation.
- Abuse and Fraud: bst222 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if the Company reasonably determines that a Player has exploited, abused, or fraudulently obtained a promotion. This includes coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
- Variation of Offers: bst222 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonuses through the Platform or by email.
6. User Obligations
By accessing and using the bst222 Platform, each Player accepts the following ongoing obligations. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the Platform, the safety of all players, and the reliability of the gaming environment for the Bangladesh community bst222 serves.
- Lawful Use: Players must use the bst222 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any use of the Platform for commercial gain, professional betting syndication, or any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.

- Compliance with These Terms: Players must comply fully with this Agreement and any additional rules published on the Platform at all times. Ignorance of any rule is not accepted as a defence in any dispute.
- Cooperation with Verification: Players must cooperate fully and promptly with any verification or investigation request issued by the bst222 Trust & Safety team. Failure to cooperate within the stated timeframe may result in Account suspension.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bst222 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balances, and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.
- Money Laundering: Using the bst222 Platform for any purpose connected to the laundering of illegally obtained funds. bst222 actively monitors for and reports suspected money laundering activity.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve unfair advantages in any game, particularly in poker or live casino environments where player interaction exists.
- Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, screen-scraping software, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through coordinated multi-account activity, arbitrage strategies, or any method designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
- Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform. Any chargeback will result in immediate Account closure and recovery action.
- Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing bst222 staff or other players through any communication channel connected to the Platform.
- Third-Party Account Use: Accessing, playing on, or transacting through any bst222 Account other than your own, including accounts belonging to friends or family members.
8. Account Closure & Termination
Either the Player or bst222 may close a bst222 Account, subject to the conditions below. Account closure does not release a Player from any outstanding obligations under this Agreement, including obligations related to any disputed transactions, pending verification requests, or active wagering requirements.
- Any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days.
- Any active Bonus Balance and associated wagering requirements will be cancelled and forfeited upon closure.
- Pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally before the account is closed.
- The Player has breached any term of this Agreement.
- The Player has been identified as being under 18 years of age.
- The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
- Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.
Players who wish to close their Account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are strongly encouraged to use bst222's dedicated responsible gaming tools rather than a simple Account closure, as these tools provide additional safeguards against re-registration. bst222 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the bst222 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept the revised terms must close their Account before the effective date.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the Agreement without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and bst222 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior representations, understandings, and agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
